Nanhua University Ranked Top 100 in Green University Rankings
Nanhua University has been ranked 92nd worldwide and 6th in Taiwan in the 2017 GreenMetric World University Ranking. Furthermore, in terms of waste management, Nanhua has received top honors after being ranked first in Taiwan and second worldwide. These awards are the results of the efforts and resources that Nanhua has put in over the years in environmental protection initiatives. The GreenMetric World University Ranking began in 2010 with the goal of promoting environment protection and sustainable development on campus. Evaluation categories include basic infrastructure, energy and climate change initiatives, waste management, water management, transportation, and education. A total of 619 universities from 76 countries were ranked in 2017, which represented an increase of 103 universities from the previous year. Nanhua is proud to be ranked in the Top 100 of green university campuses worldwide. These awards are testament to the dedication and passion of Nanhua’s commitment in caring for the environment.
