The university is equipped with a well-structured organizational hierarchy and framework, along with sound resource planning and allocation, to effectively fulfill institutional development goals and responsibilities. Administratively, the university comprises 17 first-level units and 44 second-level units. In terms of advancing institutional, there are also 4 university-level research centers. All units operate in accordance with the “Nanhua University Organizational Regulations,” ensuring clear delineation of authority and responsibility, smooth coordination, and efficient functioning.
