Founded by Venerable Master Hsing-Yun, the founder of Fo Guang Shan, through the collective effort of millions of followers, Nanhua University has been dedicated since its establishment to cultivating talents with global vision and self-awareness of life. To welcome new international students from around the world for the second semester of the 2025 academic year, the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs recently held an "Orientation for New International Students." The orientation provided information and guidance to help students from afar quickly integrate into campus life and begin a new chapter of learning in Taiwan.
 
Nanhua University President Chin-Hsung Kao stated that the University has achieved significant progress in internationalization in recent years, receiving annual subsidies from the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Sprout Project while actively establishing international connections with many countries. He also specifically emphasized that physical and mental health are the foundations for practicing life education. In addition to providing a high-quality academic environment and offering courses in AI and semiconductor applications, the University has also incorporated "promoting holistic health" into its strategic development goals. He expressed his hope that international students will live by the "Three Acts of Goodness and Four Givings" initiative, courageously pursue their dreams, and step onto the world stage.
