On March 24, Nanhua University held the "2nd Asian Student Exchange Conference", a cross-cultural exchange event, at its campus, warmly welcoming a youth delegation from various Japanese universities and educational institutions. Co-organized by the Asian-Middle Eastern Political and Economic Research Institute (a General Incorporated Association) of Japan and the Asia-Pacific Youth Association of Taiwan, Nanhua University served as the first stop of the delegation's visit to Taiwan. Through events such as campus tours, keynote speeches, and exchanges between faculty and students, the event initiated in-depth dialogue between Taiwanese and Japanese youth.
The visiting students came from a diverse range of prestigious Japanese universities, including Waseda University, Kumamoto University, Hitotsubashi University, Meiji University, Rikkyo University, and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University. Nanhua University arranged a special campus tour featuring the Wu-Jin-Zang Library and the Life Education Center. The University also invited all delegation members to join faculty and students from the Department of International Affairs and Business in attending a keynote lecture by an Indian scholar, providing a multicultural perspective for understanding contemporary social issues.
