The "Nanhua Very Yuong – Soaring Careers 2025 Campus Job Fair", held on May 15, 2025, brought together 50 companies from various industries, offering nearly 2,500 job openings. The event achieved an impressive 80.09% matching rate, demonstrating the University’s outstanding accomplishments in career guidance for students.

President Chin-Hsung Kao emphasized that "Three Acts of Goodness Campus" is a hallmark of Nanhua University. Students nurtured in this environment not only develop strong professional skills but also embody the "Three Acts of Goodness and Four Givings" spirit, making them highly sought-after talents in the job market. As a result, the employment rate for graduates from the 2024 academic year reached 92.57%, with a job satisfaction rate of 83.74% and an employer satisfaction rate of 89.62%.
