To advance professional sports injury prevention and strengthen industry-academia collaboration, Nanhua University signed a two-year partnership agreement with LP SUPPORT, a globally renowned sports protection brand, on May 22, 2025. This collaboration focuses on a practice-oriented "Athletic Training Talent Development Program", through the sharing of resources and interdisciplinary integration to cultivate professionals to meet industry demands, setting a new benchmark for sports injury prevention education in Taiwan.

With growing societal emphasis on the sports and health industry, nurturing skilled athletic trainers has become essential. Nanhua University's Bachelor's Program in Sports and Health Promotion has teamed up with LP SUPPORT to establish an athletic training network in the Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan region. This initiative integrates academic and industry resources to develop sports injury prevention professionals, enhance event safety, and promote the growth of the sports and health industry. A key objective is preparing for the "2026 National High School Games" hosted by Chiayi County, which includes: Training dedicated athletic trainers, hosting industry expert lectures, offering specialized skill development courses, and providing on-site injury prevention support for sports events.

Through this partnership with LP SUPPORT, President Chin-Hsung Kao aims to effectively bridge academic theory with cutting-edge industry resources, significantly boosting students' practical skills and employability. He also looks forward to expanding multifaceted collaborations for a mutually beneficial future.
