The first presentation of youth realizing dreams plan is held in September 23rd, 2013, the opening ceremony of public welfare coffee and cutting the ribbon is held in Yun Shui Ju Building Orange Park by the team “can not drink coffee”. apart from sharing the concept of realizing dreams and the process of building dreams, meanwhile, invite teachers and students to try ’s happy coffee.

      Dreams let people know the direction of life and the target to endeavor; building dreams can arouse the unlimited potential; dreams come true, makes your life more abundant and colorful. In order to encourage students to have new direction of life, arouse the unlimited potential and create abundant and amazing life, Nanhua University especially held the “youth realizing dreams plan,” hope that during the process of realizing the dream, students can talk to themselves, explore themselves

and develop individual thinking, conscious of life and many other abilities, and then learn and grow. ’s youth realizing dreams plan is a sub-project of teaching excellence project of the university, the university hopes that this can encourage students to realize their dreams and put it into practice.

     Nanhua University’s principal Lin, Tsong-Ming said that the university possesses abundant and multiple resources and hopes that youth realizing dreams plan can encourage students to build their dream, during 4 years in college, besides cultivating abilities in personal professional field, they have to make good use of resources, learn continuously and enrich themselves, in order to create personal value and raise personal competitive. Principal Lin said that he is touched when he saw team "can not drink coffee" continuously realizing their dreams.

     Nanhua University’s dean of student affairs Xie, QingLong pointed out that there were 4 teams standing out after the plans were carefully examined and team Can not drink coffee, which get the most judges’ favor, would held the first dream-realizing presentation, this team is consisted by Yuan, State-Fair, a senior from department of electronic commerce management, Gau, Ming-Ze , a senior from department of life-and-death studies, and 蔡菁容, a senior from department of leisure management and economics, and they created “Coffeeology” school coffee shop together. Setting up a café is their joint dream, they have been working part time in restaurants and coffee shops, thereby learn and accumulate experiences. Gau, Ming-Ze, a senior from department of life-and-death studies, even won the second place of 1st TISCA of junior college section recently, it is not very easy. Therefore, when youth realizing dreams plan started to recruit, under the encouragement of their teachers, they started the dream-building plan and set out the journey of realizing their dream.

   The team leader of  "Can not drink coffee", Yuan, State-Fair , said that though his home have plant coffee trees, his love to coffee started after he joined the coffee club in university, interested in coffee research gradually, even take advantage of free time to learn steaming milk and other related technique himself. He pointed out that the concept of this plan originated in the happiness coffee gives people; therefore, he hopes that he can build a full of humanity’s café, let teachers and students taste coffee and feel blessed in free time of busy works and studies. Meanwhile, hope that through coffeeology’s operation, let teachers and students who love coffee, share every thing about coffeeology and let friends who don’t understand coffee started to know. Student 袁 said that, during the process of realizing dream, they learned the difficulties of establishing and operations and they very appreciate that the school gave them the chance to realize their dream, and they will work hard. In the future, they will donate the profit of the café, meanwhile, encourage junior brothers and sisters to pursue the dreams and realize them.

     ’s youth dreams come true plan gives dreams-building students a different future, and let them learn and grow during the dreams-building journey, it is very meaningful.
