Nanhua University Faculty Retreat on Flip Innovation Erasing the Self – Start Learning from the Beginning
In order to improve the effectiveness of teaching, on September 6, and 7, 2018, led by President Lin Tsong-ming, supervisors and all full-time faculty gathered in Fo Guang Shan to hold the annual two-day "2018 Nanhua Faculty Retreat". With the theme of "Erasing the Self – Start Learning from the Beginning ", The previous style for the annual retreat was abandoned in order to present a flip innovation style that is actively supported in NHU classroom teaching. This allowed faculty to experience personal growth, group, and personal exploration, volunteer assistance. It is hoped that with the efforts of everyone, universities founded with a Buddhist background will be able to produce more high-quality professionals for society.
